Seasonal Goodness
I love this time of year when my local fruit shop
starts filling up it's shelves with luscious seasonal fruit.I am looking forward to the first of the cherries,
closely followed by apricots, nectarines and peaches.
I love all the berries
but hand picked blueberries are one of my favourite treats.

The cakes with cream and berries are my favorite! Here in Sicily do not have them, but we can always find delicious nectarines to make special cakes like yours!
...and they are so good for you too. I love the display of blueberries and blackberries together.
