I am loving this fresh palette of white and apple green - there's nothing better than biting into a crisp, sweet, juicy Granny Smith apple. I get the same joy when I see a white decor scheme with fresh green accents. It reminds me of Spring and if you are surrounded by gardens it helps bring the outside in. I have also had the pleasure of tasting apple sorbet - perfectly refreshing on a hot summer's day and I love tossing finely sliced apples into a summer salad.

It's funny isn't it...I NEVER wear green because I always think it makes me look washed out...but whenever I see it with white or a gorgeous light candy pink, it always makes me happy...and yep, it does make you think of Spring.

I avoided decorating with green for years because it was a colour my Grandmother used and so it felt 'old' to me. However, just lately I have been loving pops of green in interiors, especially apple green like these photos. Gorgeous!
