For me, one of the most romantic visions of country living is country florals and quilted eiderdowns. I love the idea of French Amoires and old fashioned cupboards brimming with crisply laundered bedlinen, fluffy eiderdowns and patchwork quilts in assorted colours and patterns. Enjoy your day!

I LOVE this look too! If only I could find such beautiful linens around here. and a French armoire.
I did find a vintage quilt at an auction last month...pale pinks and florals. Every one acted like it was trash and I couldn't get to it fast enough! :)

Gorgeous collection of photos ~ I love old eiderdowns too ~ even if they are full of holes I take all the feathers out and use the fabrics to make cushions ~ so pretty! I dream of having an armoire stuffed full of them!
