Weekend Adventures

 

 

With all sorts of lovely adventures planned for the weekend

 I am looking forward to ~

an afternoon tea in the garden
a drive through the countryside

walks in fields full of flowers, horses and new born lambs
and a picnic under a shady tree.

The Outdoor Experience

 I am a big fan of fresh air and exercise.

I always find I'm happiest and feel my best

when I get plenty of

sleep and daily exercise

as well as eating well and drinking plenty of water.

Step Into Spring

 

Now that the weather has warmed up,
I am looking forward to getting outdoors and getting some fresh air again.
I suddenly feel inspired to go for long walks,
ride a bike and start my morning runs again.

Weekend Pastimes

 

 

With all of this gorgeous sunny weather we have been having

I am looking forward to getting outdoors this weekend.

There are plans for long bike rides,

walks in the park
a drive in the country
and I am dertermined to finish my book
on my favourite chair under a shady tree!
