Garden Tea Party

 

This weekend I am looking forward

to afternoon tea in the garden.

As soon as the sun pops out,

I will be out there setting up a pretty spring table

full of luscious things to eat and 

flowers hand picked from the garden.

I'm loving the old world charm of these vintage pieces

I love scouring flea markets and bric-a-brac shops 
for interesting finds and pre-loved treasures ~
such as old leather books and suitcases
vintage silverware and floral china
lace tablecloths and 1950's fabrics.

Vintage White

I have an obsession with white.

I have just painted my new house

top tobottom

inside and out in white.

The joinery and benchtops are white

and the majority of furniture is white.

Although I'm not looking forward to keeping it clean

I am loving the finished result.
