Wishing I was here right now!

Basking in the sunshine in the French countryside
surrounded by vines, olive trees  
rolling hills and pretty country villages.

Sitting at a table in the garden

laden with fresh local produce.

Nothing beats a cheese platter, some crusty bread

and a glass of chilled wine

on a warm Spring day!

The Outdoor Experience

 I am a big fan of fresh air and exercise.

I always find I'm happiest and feel my best

when I get plenty of

sleep and daily exercise

as well as eating well and drinking plenty of water.

This weekend I am planing on a little home baking.
