I think features like :~

subway tiles, open shelving and vintage pieces ~
all give a house charm and character.

What makes a house charming?
I believe it's the details that give a house charm and character.
It's the little things that count the most.
It's things like interesting displays and collectibles,
antiques and vintage pieces,
scatter cushions, flowers and artwork
items that reflect the owners interests and personality.
These are the things that give a home it's soul.

Summer Afternoons
Summer is without a doubt my favorite season.
Here a few of my favourite things about summer ~
fresh air and being outdoors
pretty summer fashion
dining alfresco in the garden
getting out and about and discovering new places
long, languid afternoons with a good book
catching up with girlfriends over a cup of tea.
