Fun Easter Ideas

Here is some pretty inspiration for Easter decorating. I love the pastel coloured eggs, the rabbit napkins and the branch with the hanging eggs. I usually decorate the table with white painted branches with hand painted eggs hanging on coloured ribbons - it makes for an eye-catching, dramatic centrepiece that fills the table with colour and gets everyone in the mood for celebrating!

Easter Inspiration

As Easter is rapidly approaching, I'm getting busy with Easter preparations. I've been hunting for Easter eggs and decorations to match this year's pink and silver theme. I've also been on the look out for cute ideas to fill the kids' Easter hampers. I try not too overload them with too much chocolate so I fill up their Easter baskets with Easter toys, fun egg cups and Easter mugs. I am loving this gorgeous pastel inspiration!

Purple Passion

 

 

  

With Easter in our midst and plenty of visitors popping in, it's the perfect opportunity to fill the house with fresh flowers. And nothing beats flowers picked straight from the garden! Roses, tulips and hydrangeas bring splashes of colour to both inside and outside the house. Today I'm loving everything in shades of mauve, lilac, lavender and purple.

Country Kitchen Style

 

This is where you will find me this Easter... in my kitchen baking away. With plans for entertaining lots of family and friends over the Easter break it's a perfect excuse for whipping up a batch of homemade hot cross buns. I am going to stock up the cake tins and cookie jars so when visitors pop in unexpectedly there's always some home baked goodies to offer them!
