Escape To The Country

This weekend we are heading to the country for a weekend escape.

I am looking forward to ~

frolicking in the countryside

meandering down country lanes,
a little horse-riding

fossicking in the antique shops

dressing up for candlelit dinners

and picnics in country meadows.

I love Spring ~

it's full of endless possibilities.

It's the weekend and a perfect opportunity to get out go for a walk, pick some wild flowers, have a picnic or climb a tree! I love all these playful poppies and the splash of vivid colour. There's nothing like wandering through a field of flowers, with the sun shining and blue skies above! Have a wonderful weekend!

Weekend Pastimes

 

With all of this stunning weather we have been having lately,

 it's the perfect opportunity to make the most of summer.

The possibilities are endless :-

pack a picnic and go for a drive in the countryside

grab you bike and go for a ride

take your favourite book and find a shady spot under a tree

take the tent or the caravan and go exploring for the weekend
